Can any dog eat a diet like Bison & Sweet Potato, Duck & Potato, etc?
I'm just wondering if Theo has to eat single protein can I feed the others the same kind of food?

You can, but if it's a novel protein such as the ones you mentioned it's not a very good idea. The reason is that, if your other dogs have a tendency toward developing protein sensitivities, that's what they're going to become sensitive to, and you'll be left with one less protein choice to try when that day comes.

I have since my Abby got sick. She had to be on a fish-based diet so all my dogs were on it. I kept Polly and Pixie on it b/c Polly has some food allergy issues and they both do great on it. And if anything happens where they might end up with a new food allergy, then I KNOW what not to give them.

Due to food allergies Louie is on Turkey with veg and sweet potatoe only. Just have to hope she does okay otherwise we are sunk.
