Am I allowed to post or ask about specific kennel names here?
Madeline and Smudge both have American lines in their pedigrees (also Swedish and English) and I was wondering if they might have any overseas crush relatives. |

| You may do so, however, anyone who wishes to answer your question must do so privately. |

| Patti - just asking to understand better - if Yellow girl posts names, we aren't allowed to respond on here that we have the same lines in our pedigree? (I understood we weren't to give positives or negatives but wasn't sure about this). I ask only because I think it would be fun to see who is related - like if Madeline did have Crush family on here. |

Oh, please reconsider about posting kennel names! . It would be such fun to compare our dogs' relatives with each other... and I think it would be nice for others to see who is related too. I've just come across a post from another member who mentioned her dog's kennel name in passing.... and Madeline has those lines in her breeding!!
What if we promise not to discuss breeders or kennels and just stick to who is related to whom? Pleeeeease? |

As noted, you may post pedigrees but any discussion of such must be done via pm, as public discussion of them is not permitted. So, if you see someone who has similar lines, feel free to chat it up with them privately! |

| Kewl! Who is in your Madeline's family, Yellow girl? (The song "We are family" from way back when is now in my mind...) |

Ah, now I've got that song in my head!
Cesarmonkey.. Just to make sure, I can say the kennel names here but not discuss them right?...
Gingery's Cheerios (USA) is Madeline's Grandfather on her mother's side. He is also Smudge's Grandfather... Madeline's mother and Smudge's father are brother and sister (same parents).. but from two different litters about a year apart. (I think I got that right!)
Moonswift Crazy Horse (England) is Madeline's Grandfather on her father's side.
I was so excited when another member mentioned in a different thread that her kids were Gingery's too! I'll have to get the printer going, print everything out from the pedigree register and work out the relationships. Overseas relatives! How exciting! |
