I have tried numerous times but it always says my pics are too large? Help!!! Lola and Jake would love to have their pics available to other friends to look at Please let me know. Sue

I think you have to use photobucket or similar to resize them.

There are a few free downloads that resize. Irfanview is one. I cannot think of the others right off hand.
Photobucket has free accounts and will allow you to resize as well.

I resize mine down to "thumbnail size" . it seems to work ok for me. but then, I havent changed my avatar in quite a while either.
