   I NEED the number to the ASPCA-NOW. Here I was minding my own business, having my usual afternoon nap with my poppy in his lap dreaming of all kinds of wonderfulness when IT happened. All of a sudden I was rudely awaken by my mommy-she picked me up and waked me up. Then, horror of horrors she headed to the laundry room  Well, my bath sink is in there so quess what? She BATHED ME!! Can you believe it?? I am so upset. I don't care that I am all pretty and clean and smell good-or that's what my poppy says anyway. I still was BATHED. Your pal, Lily |

| Good Lord, mommies are sooo intrusive. Well, Lily, you aren't alone. My mommy does the same sort of thing. I feel your pain. I'll be all nice and grungy, when she decides to get rid of all my lovely dirt. What's up with them, anyways? |

Oh wow and I thought I had it bad... my mommy wakes me up takes me out of my warm bed and puts me outside in the snow so I can pee before she leaves.... Did you hear me? OUTSIDE in the SNOW!!!!! She is such a big meanie!!! We have to rally together and do something to show these mean mommas how cruel they are..... thinking.... thinking...

You should give your momma a timeout ...yes you heard me a TIMEOUT!!
but
don't call ASPCA ok..cuz well nobody loves us more than our mommas and Poppas!! so DO NOT CALL!! just bite her or something!
(we just have to accept them for their good ways and their stupid bad ways too  )

And what pray did Poppy do whilst your meanie momma was riping you from your nap on your poppys lap? I mean did he not even protest such a move? and she gave you a bath? I mean grounds for a definate arbitration sitting but not the ASPCA cos those folks can be a bit well overboard and may take you away from mean momma and that would mean removal from poppy to and all kinds of unpleasantness.
Louie and I are right behind you on any subversive action you might want to take i.e a tiddle in her best slipper or a chew of her dresser, we will back you to the hilt from this side of the pond bud.

that has got to be the ultimate in cruelty! but everyone is right...you don't want to get the "other people" involved, because they would take you away from your mommy and poppy. I know you wouldn't want that!
You have to be sure you let mommy know, tho...you could always wait until SHE is napping, and then run, jump on the bed, and start licking her face real fast, and make sure it is right after you get a drink...that way she will wake up all wet, just like she did to you!!
