Okay, first the nitpick: it's copyRIGHT, literally, the RIGHT of making COPIES. Not "copywrite."
I now wait with bated breath to see what spelling or grammar error I commit in this post. 
The members do own the copyright to their pictures, and they can't be used without permission. There's a possible "fair use" argument for making artwork based on them if the use is going to be limited, but it might be shaky. Shepard Fairey and the AP both had substantial resources to have their argument about the Obama "hope" poster.
It would be much safer to have permission, unfortunately.

If you can't get permission for any of the characters just try and visualize or get Davyde to describe to you what they look like and wing it then at least there is no copyright violation  |

Honestly, I think librarians and editors are the only ones who automatically get that right. And agents, of course, because it's their stock in trade.

Excellent these pics are great!
If anyone can get in contact with Pixels owner or Crowleys owner to get some permission that would be super helpful!
I did send Mr Crowley a PM but If they arent online anymore I dont think that will work.
I cant find Pixels owner through any search feature here on Crush, so if anyone can help out it would be appreciated!!! |

I am still looking for permission / photos for the following

I have sent out Pm's to most of these members, but If any of you have other ways of contacting them please do, you can send them my Email : chadoerein@hotmail.com if they dont want to post here on the forum.
Thank you to everyone for your time and efforts!
(I feel like im trying to organize a grade school trip and looking for parental permission slips hahaha)
ETA I have since recieved some great photos for Mr Ten.
ETA I have permission for Cashy and photos comming for Chyna!

Interesting to note that the owners of Pixel, Bumble and Mr Crowley have all disappeared from the forum. The three most important characters apart from Benjamin.

I dont think that could ever be the case Davyde! Everyone I have spoken to about this has said it has been an honour to be included! I have not talked to one person thus far that has had a negative word about it!
