|
Im not sure if this is Biko specific or breed specific (I know of "the manual" ), If Biko feels that he isnt getting enough attention while I am on the computer, He will jump on my shoulders or onto my back, he has actually sat his butt on my head while Im sitting typing before.... I have tried to get pictures but I cant get my web cam to work...he does it at least once a day so Im sure I will be able to capture a pic eventually He will stay there for an hour if I let him, but I usually cant because he gets fidgety and wants to see everything going on at once and usually ends up with a foot in my earring, another in my bra strap, one in my eye, and the other gripping on to whatever skin he can pinch with his "talons"
Another favorite is to stuff a toy into my face, or place ratatouillie on my back or shoulder and sit back and watch the toy sitting on me.
(I have since learned NOT to touch the toy... apparently I am not to play with it, just mearly be furniture for it.... )
Has anyone else experienced the parrot crestie before? |

Ive not had the parrot experience... but have had the 'why is the computer getting more attention than me?' experience!!
He sits on the laptop keys, he jumps onto the PC desk, he tries to 'PUSH' the laptop of my knee.
He licks my face so I cannot see the screen!!!
Maybe its a computer thing!?!

I have one!! Tess is a head sitter. She also will lay across my shoulders or sit with her butt on my shoulders and her front legs on the arm of the sofa. Alex likes to sit on my shoulders too, then smack me in the head with his paws & lick my hair. How could you not love these little freaks?! |

Morgan is my neck warmer. All the other dogs prefer the lap, but Morgan wants to be up high so she can survey the area while keeping her body as close to my face as possible.
On the couch, she'll climb behind hubby's head and slide her way down around the front of his neck, angling for kissies. He says I spoiled her when she was a baby by kissing her naked neck all the time.
Maybe so... oh well Kind of hard to see or read when she does this. lol |

| Bean is a head/neck sitter. I've actually had her on one shoulder (yes all 13 lbs of her) and my Tiel on the other. It was.... interesting. |

| Mysia and Ogou both are shoulder sitters. They'll try to climb up and perch but I get entirely way too freaked out about them falling to allow this behavior for very long. |
