Well, trying to get some nice shots of her for her rescuers today.... meantime - a pic heavy intro to the forum for Xoli an intermediate xolo mix I believe (maybe just xolo or xolo mixed with CC whatever Rolling Eyes

) since she is known to HH and CG already. HH was contacted and then Jen contacted DE of CG or something along those lines and she contacted me to see if I could add to the mix... and they REELED ME IN... heeheehee. So Andrea of the Cozumel Humane Society and her rescuers Donna and Minerva did just did an awesome job of getting this sweet girl all healthy and happy then via some wonderful volunteers from Kentucky David and Reina jetted her over here to me. Yep, an international rescue! We don't know where she originated as a pup from MX or the USA as Coz is a big resort town, but she is doing wonderfully here. She has gotten all vetted and squared away and now set to have her life of luxury with her new best friends.

Yes, feast your eyes on her lovely skin! This is who the kukui oil was for. We had a cold snap when she first arrived, poor thing probably thought she landed in Siberia... so I took her outside and put down a doggie bed for her in the sunshine during her quarantine the second day I think so she could get some fresh air. All she wanted to do was go back inside!

First day in the house after intros elsewhere - is this MY bed? Ya mean I have my OWN bedroom???? Yeah, dream on...

An hour later regrouping... jeez lady what's with the camera?

Later trying to do my trick of washing the windows and taking a photo through them was big wash - dogs going in and out of shots.... so take this one for what it is worth...

I liked this one I got tho

Continuing on... I just love this little face of her looking down from the deck

All guard dog and becoming very independent in the house, either laying around with the others or alone (she has a very low bark - I LOVE it)

And lastly the napping guard dog ion front of the sliders (lovely weather and everything is open to the decks nowadays)

Omg I am in Love with her! I sat for minutes mesmerized by her beautiful brown eyes in the Deck pic gosh I wish I could give her a home but I am sure she will speak to someone elses heart and find her perfect fit!

Oh she is definitely my girl. I adopted her with the caveat that I would find her another fantastic home if that was in her best interest. I doubt she is going anywhere - but I wanted to have the option upfront and the HS was cool with that since I have experience in rehoming a xolo. She was so scared and has been through so much and is adjusting so well - I don't think she will opt for it - but hey, never know when one finds a love match. Not to mention she slipped right into the pack no problemo. Calvin and Elmo are her big play buddies - it is very cute - but she seems to be bonding nicely with everyone. And Calvin doesn't want to leave either Wink

She is beautiful and what amazing skin she has. Looks like she is in love with her brother Elmo already. Thank you for helping out this special little lady.

Wow! I second what everyone else has said..those eyes, that skin, but she also has a lovely figure. Nice lines, very feminine and graceful. Annnd a low bark? she's got the whole package. Beautiful.. congratulations!
