Thanks all! They will do an XRay first to see if the lump is elsewhere in her body. Then hopefully spay & remove the lump with no problems.

The surgery went well today!!! They didn't find any more lumps, and will send the BIG one in for a biopsy. When I called, Madison was awake and moving around some, but they said she did GREAT. ::): They'll keep her overnight, but I'll pick her up in the morning. THANKS EVERYONE!

Pretty nasty looking incision, but Madison is doing great. It's about an inch and a half long.

So happy this is all over for her. Does she need the cone of shame? lol Those sutures are wild and probably tickly.

No cone needed yet, but I told her to leave it alone. She's been sleeping a lot, but her tail is always wagging! She is sure a sweet girl. She likes the crate, so that helps keep her calm.

Update: She chewed out 2 stitches, so we had to get her the dreaded CONE. :--: She is NOT happy with me. Still no word on the biopsy.
